Five weeks in Canada!

5 weeks in Canada and the AlYaseen family is doing very well.  They are observing Ramadan, the Muslim month of fasting, prayer, reflection and community.

Mariam and Abdallah continue half days at Peter Greer. They are happily making new friends.

Marwa and Yaseen are seeing a dentist and will have dental work done over the next couple of months. Yaseen received his Permanent Resident Card, his official identification and travel document, and we hope the cards for the rest of the family will come soon.

Maysam and Ahmad enjoy walking to and playing at Beasley Park. When Tretheway Splash Park opens, we’re sure it will be a big hit! Mohammad is such a happy baby….when he’s not in his car seat… The AlYaseens love to have visitors and meet new people.
